Just a brief intro, to sort of sound off my start here on deviantart. I have to say, personally preferring to do things in quiet anonymity, I feel a little strange addressing a world of people I dont know and will probably never meet, all the while wondering skeptically if anyones even slightly interested in what I have to say. I would have happily used devart as an electronic portfolio of my work; mere storage. But my caution and hesitation at writing anything at all in this here journal entry stems out of shyness and modesty, and not out of any disinclination to get to know a lot of you. Because ultimately, Im as friendly as 23-year-old, part-Argentine/South African/Dutch/Italian/French/Spanish Miamians come. So Id be happy for you all to get to know me a little better, and hope that you enjoy my work. I do so like impressing people.
My art history starts when I was a wee child, in elementary school, coloring and painting and drawing when I could, enough to get the attention of my art teacher, who encouraged me to keep growing in art. I auditioned for the art magnet at Southwood Middle School and got in, and three years later was accepted into Coral Reef Senior High. I graduated in 04, then meandered into the close-by Florida International University, starting off as an Art Major, but sadly losing my inspiration a couple years in. I switched to English Major, but, long story short, Im switching back to art. Its what I was born to do. Its what I love, and what I have to lean back on if everything else in my life goes to shit. Im an artist, and I want to get back into the groove of cranking out my own personal little masterpieces. That is my greatest inspiration in joining deviantart.
I have to make a shout-out to my other great inspiration and love of my life, pyrasterran, for encouraging me and feeling as ecstatic as I am about my reversion into enlightenment. I love you!
Thats it for now. <3 Nati.

Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
